Why doesn't it heat?
either the heating coil is broken or sensor is bad, buy a new one it is cheaper then trying to have it fixed
The heater runs constantly, the thermostat seems to work, I check continuity through it, it opens and closes. What else could cause not to shut off?

My Qmark electic heater keep tripping the breaker
You will need to provide additional diagnostic information. Most likely the breaker is defective. Warning: potential for injury is HIGH working on power electrical! Do not attempt if you do not have experience and training. Proper personal protective equipment and methods should be used. The running amps needs to be measured when the heater is turned on. Find the rating on the breaker and calculate 80% of this rating. The heater current should be less than this value. If the breaker is tripping when less than 80% is measured it is most likely defective. Measure all power legs on the heater. Also check the nameplate info on the heater Volts, Amps. Compare these values to the actual.
Muh108 single phase what size
IF it is 10KW at 208 single phase it should be on a 60 Amp breaker.
3 Phase would be 35 Amps. Always check the nameplate for additional information. It may be configurable for different voltages. Best to check manufacturers data if available.
Qmark muh won't shut off
I believe these models have a thermal switch on or near the heating element that normally runs the fan until the element has cooled. Similar to your home furnace. If the fan never shuts off this switch is likely bad. IF it takes a long time to shut off then it may be out of calibration. In either case they are non repairable parts and have to be replaced. If the heater is in a high spot resulting in a high ambient temperature it may take a while for the fan to shut down.
