Open control pannel and then select Devices and Printers. Then double click on the Printer icon in Device and printers pannel that is connected to your pc..A window will appear where print queue will be listed..then click select the items in print queue and the right click n choose clear/delete option.
at the very bottm of ur screen u should see the printer icon, right click & cancel all in queue or open up ur active queue & choose the 1 that u want to clear & right click & stop/cancel print job...that has always worked for me....
go to start-in the run or search box-put in services.msc-hit enter-look for print spooler-left click on it-hit stop-then hit start or restart. restart pc or go back to printers and faxes cancel print jobs stuck in the queue again.close printers and faxes and open it to check if queue already cleared up.that should do it.
Sounds like a stuck document is in the print queue. Try to clear the print queue first before sending another print job otherwise it will just accumulate in the queue. The steps below will help you clear the queue.
There should be a little print queue icon down by the clock. Double-click on this to open the print queue program. From there you can remove jobs from the queue. NOTE: It can take a minute or two for jobs to remove themselves. It's not instant.
