Go to start-in the run or search box-put in services.msc-hit enter-look for print spooler-left click on it-hit stop-then hit start or restart.
restart pc or go back to printers and faxes cancel print jobs stuck in the queue again.close printers and faxes and open it to check if queue already cleared up.that should do it.
