I am unable to clear the printer queue. The printer insists on printing a one page document repeatedly, and all efforts to delete it from the printer queue have failed. Everytime I delete it form the queue and hit 'start jobs', the same document reappears. please help.
PIXMA MX310 doing the same thing, every time I delete this document from the queue it reappears again once I try to start the print jobs. I've tried turning everything off and unplugging it all (in various combinations) but no luck. I'm on a mac, OSX, and all potential solutions I've seen have been for windows, anyone have any ideas? There seems to be a print job in the printer queue and the machine wont print anything else, it keeps asking to reset paper size, how do I clear the printer queue? I've tried turning the printer off to see if it will reset automatically but this never worked. I had a related problem. Couldn't delete a job from the queue nohow. I wound up deleting various processes (CTRL ALT DEL PROCESSES tab) and it cleared it.
