Our lamona wine cooler 300mm is not chilling the
We get the same. Every 10 or so seconds the internal fan kicks in. Called the warranty line whom sent a new fan and an engineer. The engineer said there was no issue with it and checked with the manufactorers. He assured me it was normal and was simply to keep the cool air moving around the bottles to maintain optimum cooling across all the wine. I questions the longevity of the fan due to the constant on off process. He said its a brushless motor fan and simly relies on an electrical current to power it. Ie no actual motor component.
I asked that the help line have this info to hand as it appears to be a normal operational aspect of the unit. I guess lots of people will call the helpline with the same question.

Does the 406-CA fridge require cleaning maintenance?
Most refrigerators need little maintenance. However you should periodically check condenser coils and clean as dust on these reduces their operation in condensing the refrigerant gas. Also clean the evaporator coils (if you can access) to again enhance operation. A general clean of the inside will make unit look good and possibly remove old products.
Water leaks when filling ice maker no water to ice maker
Turn off the ice maker and check the fill tube for ice or blockages, thaw if frozen.
If clear, replace the water inlet valve at the back of the fridge (most common fix).
Also inspect water lines for leaks or cracks and ensure proper water pressure.
Cannot lower temp

refrigerator compressors and auto compressors are different beasts entirely. unlike automobile compressors, refrigerator compressors run within the atmosphere of the refrigerant, that's why it is called a "sealed system" on a refrigerator. On an automobile, the a/c compressor pumps outside the atmosphere, in other words, it pushes a piston through a seal to compress the refrigerant. This is also the reason it is not uncommon to need to have refrigerant added to an older automobile a/c system. If this happens on your refrigerator, the system is compromised and you should have a local refrigerator repair service do this since special tools and equipment are needed.
