Low lp pressure to all appliances

Is the tank nearly empty? LPG should supply at around 3.5kpa. Make sure the new tank regulator is on the correct way. There is an arrow cast onto the body showing the correct gas flow. Not sure why there is a reg on the stove. LPG units are usually only controlled from the bottle regulator. Natural gas appliances have the reg on the appliance itself. Get a gas Tech if unsure to be safe.

We got a smoker but there is no guid on how high temp needs to be for different meats

Many temp guides available on the internet. It depends on how you like your meat cooked. 145 for beef 165 for pork.

What do I do if my grill will not start the pellets on fire?

Check the small cal rod in the pot. May also be the thermocouple is open and telling the controller not to heat up the pot.

When doing 3-2-1 ribs on our traeger do we need additional time if we do 6 racks at a time?

The more you load up your Traeger the longer it takes due to the mass of so much meat to come up to temp.

My smoker will lite then it shuts off what causes this? Is it the regulator or what?

Probably the thermocouple not feeding back a signal(voltage) to the controller.

I just refilled my 5 gallon propane cylinder. When hooked it back up to my camper I opened the valve and now it’s making a hissing sound. It’s never done that before.

It was probably over filled. That is the relief valve letting off excess pressure, remove it from camper and leave it outside in a well ventilated area for awhile until the pressure equalizes.

New to Pit Boss. Do you cook on smoke or set the temp? We set the temp and there is no smoke.

I have a Traeger, not a Pit Boss, but assuming they work on the same theory, you generally want to smoke at 225-250. The "smoke" setting is usually much lower than that (for smoking cheeses and such). Once you set your temp, your auger will feed pellets into your fire box on a timed cycle determined by your heat setting or thermostat. So you'll actually only see smoke every once in awhile.
