Replace the piezo electric starter.(push button starter)
SOURCE: Natural gas grill won't light
Check the valve and jet. The chances are that the jet is clogged. Depending upon where you have stored the unit, the jet may be clogged by a spider that was attracted to the odor of the natural gas.
Should be an easy fix.
