If the water is turned off on a power flush toilet mounted to the wall, will it flush if there is water in the tank?

get in a plumber and get rid of the tenants if you filled up the cistern and the pump was working it should flush as there would be water to pump if the pump was working

I am having trouble removing

It sound like you are having a thought time with the baffle plate removal from your Ultimate Wood Heater! Here are a few steps you can try to help get that last bit out:

1. Check for Obstructions: Ensure there are no other components hindering the baffle plate’s movement, such as debris or residual ash.

2. Gentle Tilting: Carefully tilt the baffle plate forward while pulling it out. Sometimes changing the angle can help clear the lip.

3. Lubrication: If the plate is stuck, a little lubricant (like WD-40) on the edges might help it slide past the lip more easily.

4. Pry Carefully: Using a flat tool like a screwdriver, gently pry at the lip to create more space while you pull the plate out.

5. Check for Warping: Inspect the baffle plate for any warping that might be causing it to stick. A bit of bending might help it clear the opening.

6. Seek Help: If possible, have someone else assist you, as an extra pair of hands might make it easier to maneuver.

If these tips don't help, consider consulting the manufacturer's manual or contacting customer support for specific guidance related to your model!

What do you do first in a bathroom remodel?

first of all you need to make a plain of where you want bath or shower, sink, toilet and any vanity cubbards, and radiators to be placed, then you need to make sure all walls are square (wich might mean plastering) floors are sound (no movement), and work out the cost before you start, all the best.
