Laptop intermittently beeps and stop charging
Take the notebook to the tech, ask them to check for any lose connections on the power inlet socket inside the laptop, where it is connected with the motherboard. Perhaps, some small solder-joints, or tiny contacts have come off and are on/off depending on the notebook's/power supply jack position, etc.

try a different screen, borrow a friends to test. if the other one works it is your monitor, if not graphics card
When i try to turn on the laptop, there is no power
By stating that the battery is full, i take it that you can see the charging LED is lit and steady/green no blinking etc. If that's the case then you power adapter is still in working order and the battery too. Now try taking the battery out and unplugged the power adapter from the laptop and press the power button for about 10 secs. Put the battery back and try switching the laptop on. If this trick doesn't work then most likely you got a faulty/cracked components on the board.
