How do I disable the
First configure the Bluetooth mouse to use with the Computer.
(i) Once the Bluetooth mouse is working with the Computer, then open the Device Manager then click on the plus sign next to the " Mice and Pointing devices" then right click on the "alps pointing device" under that then click disable.
(ii) To turn off the touchpad when an external mouse or other pointing device is present, you can goto the Control Panel and double click the Mouse properties icon.
Click the Device Select tab and check "Disable Touch Pad when USB Pointing Device is present."
(iii) Alternatively, you can permanently disable the touchpad of your laptop by clicking the "Disable Device" in the Touch Pad setting.

check the data cable and power cable,does the light in the floppy stay on if so you have the power cable backwards.is the drive connected ot the right end on the data cable. if the answer to these are yes then you have a bad drive.

I want to open showmax on my tv using wifi ethernet
Step 1: Connect your TV to WiFi or Ethernet cable. Go to TV Settings > Network > Connect to your home WiFi or plug in Ethernet cable.
