...too long as it's really chewy. That's the usual issue- although I find it could have been too much pectin. Try halving the pectin you used with the first batch. Boysenberries IIRC are rather heavy

...make sure your jars are sterile before filling, add a little lemon juice and possibly some pectin to the preserves, and fully immerse the jars in the hot water
