I do not know the password to acccess adtran 3430 router. how can I reset the router to reconfigure

    Set your PC to a fixed address of 10.10.10.2 and then enter the modem by typing in 10.10.10.1 in your browser. Power it off and on when making changes. User name is "admin" password is "password."

when logging in to your router configuration the default username is admin and leave the password field blank and click log in. the last resort is to hard reset your router and reconfigure it.
Note: hard reset is located at the back of your router you will see a tiny hole and labeled reset. This is advisable only for those who knows how to reconfigure the router because by hard resetting the router it will go back to the factory settings/default.

There should be a reset button on the back of the router take a small pin and push and hold for 30 sec that will set the router to factory defaults you will loose any settings you have on it and will have to reconfigure it I have included the manual

Hi,

Every router has a reset button on it.
Try to find that button and press it for 30 Second.
It will reset your router to factory setting.

can you not reset it, there should be a small hole at the back of the router
just push the point of a pen in the hole and that should reset it..

Can see the wireless network, but can not find the password to log on.
Do you know how to access your linksys router? Do you know the password on the linksys router?

If not you will need to reset the linksys to restore the password to it's default and then reconfigure the router from scratch.

To reset the router use a ballpoint pen end press 10 seconds on the reset button in the back (ATTENTION: YOU WILL NEED TO RECONFIGURE THE ROUTER)

Once you reset it the password to access the router is admin. Connect to the router using a cat5 cable, point your browser to : http://192.168.1.1
leave the user field empty and type admin in the password field.
You can now go ahead and reconfigure it.
