GPRS is an cellular technology so the only reason why this would be posted in PC Desktops would be if you have cellular adapter on your PC. Therefore, you should contact your cellular provider. The are the best source for finding out what the best GPRS settings are for their specific network.

They will send you the GPRS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your

Gprs setting problem
It is happening because it dont supported automatic settings you have to configure your phone manually. Just call the idea technical support and ask for manual settings they will help on call. I suggest you that call from another idea number as in some motorola handsets you will not able to go to main menu when you are on call.
