How can i get gprs setting of motorokr e8 cellular phone because when i try to get the gprs setting from the customer care of IDEA,by that time it shows the message that the phone format is not supported.
It is happening because it dont supported automatic settings you have to configure your phone manually. Just call the idea technical support and ask for manual settings they will help on call.
