Hi I have re-installed operating system Windows 2000 NT professional on my laptop.

I have no ethernet or audio driver,

My Laptop is a a Rocky 11 series RT868ex, my sound card is ESS Allegro has anyone got a utility disc for this machine, copy, borrow or steal, or any other way I could get around this problem,

I'm having problems with my sound not working on the computer. The speakers are fine. I just can not get my sound up on the computer. I few months ago my computer got a virus and I cleaned out the computer and programmed everything back in it. I just can't seem to pull up anything to program the sound back in the computer.

now download "Conexant High Definition Audio Driver" ,here is the download link

High Definition Audio Driver will not Install until the Microsoft UAA Bus Driver is Installed.
To resolve this issue, download and install the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture Bus Driver (SP32646, version 1.00, rev. A) or later from the HP Drivers and Downloads page.

AFTER that download Conexant High-Definition Audio Driver
from
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp38501-39000/sp38615.exe

and install.
