I HAVE A NEW DISK READER AND WHEN I PUT DISK IN COMPUTER IT WORKS FINE, BUT WHEN I RETURN IT TO MY VIVA CAM 3500 IT WONT EVEN LIGHT UP THE LCD WINDOW? THIS IS A NEW DISK, WORKED OK UNTILL I PUT IT IN MY DISK READER. WHATS UP W/H THIS?
