My 610 took a little fall while it was running and screwed up the old hard drive, and since I was unable to recover anything from it I had to go to Dell and download the orginal options it came with according to the service tag no. Dell won't provide me with any support since the business I purchased it from isn't the one they sold it to.
I would be going to the BBB with this but anyhow the drivers for you wlan is on dells website. As far as i am concerned it does not matter who bought the unit you should get support as far as the drivers go. You probably do not have the wlna drivers installed.
thanks please rate.

The support options from Dell will vary on a lot of factors so going to BBB is in picture if you know the contract and other stuff.
Check in device manager for any missing drivers.
Please click on the Start button >> Click on RUN >> Type devmgmt.msc in the run box and hit OK.
Check for any yello question marks.
If any then go to support.dell.com and download the drivers.
