I get 4 messages then I,m disconnected I want to delete these then hope to get the rest of my messages, 16 in all I havn,t been able to clear my inbox since the 19th nov .

Hello mum-mum,

Sorry to hear about the nuisance your facing, please let me know what email client you are using to download your mails ( Eg MS Outlook Express, or MS Outlook or Eudora etc ) and i shall try and help further,with Program specific instructions as your problem seems to be a minor one related to time out setting for the mail server transmission.
