TOSHIBA 1310 C7 Fusing unit warm-up error, defective thermistor, fusing lamp or thermofuse

You can reset the C7 code, hold down 0&8 power machine up. Then push 87 & print, change the number to 0 with number keys press interupt key, then press 0&9 @ the same time to exit. This should clear the C7. Let me know if you need more help.

Your printer needs to be reseted.
Here's how to do it:
Switch on the machine, holding down 0 & 8 buttons, type in 89, press the green button, enter a 0, press green button again to accept the new value. switch off & then just switch back on as normal.

C7 Fusing unit not warming up properly. It can be the fuser is not in correctly, fuser connector not making good contact, defective thermistor, fusing lamp or thermofuse.

With the unit off hold down clear/stop and 8, ad should apear push 89 start (display will read 03) then 0 start. tis should fix it. -Carl
