Print Blank page
SOURCE: Printer prints top 1" of page, then just spits out blank pages
try and click on file at the top left hand corner of your screen.hit print and see what happens

try to move the blue nozzel over the printing head to the from the right to the left and try, it will work

I've tried everything before for months... unplugging, new cartridges, servicing, etc. I've always avoided jarring an electronic item, but hitting the front fixed it! A couple of open-palmed smacks above the paper drawer, and it printed this very page. Apparently, sometimes the cover over the laser sticks shut after replacing the print cartridge, or removing a paper jam. Sounds crazy, but smack it!

If you using good ink then it will be the print head.
