Changed Ink Cartridge, now it only prints blank pages. No error messages.
I've tried everything before for months... unplugging, new cartridges, servicing, etc. I've always avoided jarring an electronic item, but hitting the front fixed it! A couple of open-palmed smacks above the paper drawer, and it printed this very page. Apparently, sometimes the cover over the laser sticks shut after replacing the print cartridge, or removing a paper jam. Sounds crazy, but smack it!
Before you installed the new cartridge, did you pull the blue plastic off and the 2 seals (one on top the other on left) ?
shake the cart.
I see this happen all the time, sometimes you forget to pull the plastic tab off, if the plastic tab stays on, no toner can get to the DRUM then the paper so your get blank pages, the fact that it printed with the old this is most likely the problem, please trace your steps and inspect where the blue tab was if in fact you did remove it.

Tried this solution, but it still does not work.
my photosmart is not printing ink on the page yet my cartridges have ink in them
