that is about toner,
- may be toner was empty (the first you must try) after you fill the toner, you must turn off and on again.
- toner sensor was loose or broken (second trial )
- toner motor was not work.(the last)

Hello,
this is error code for abnormal temperature rise in fixing section.
You can try to reset error in service mode, but if the problem persist you need to change the fixing film unit.

To reset the error:

1) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.
2) Press the 2 and 8 keys of the keypad at the same time.
3) Press the asterisk key " * " on the control panel.

Choose: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
Turn off and back on.

I truly wish I could help you. But , you would not believe how helpful it would be if I knew what brand copier you have. Canon makes a 3035 copier but they have no error codes that start with f. Mita "MADE" a copier (1986) that had an "f" in their error codes that indicated the feeder had a problem. I guess we might want to narrow it down a tad.
