Speed dial function on one of the memory buttons has been erased. Trying to add it back but it won't accept feature code. (on other phones, press the speed dial button and the number (002) and it dials) On this phone it doesn't do anything. it just shows "0". when trying to see what the feature code is for speed dial it doesn't show anything. Any help would be great!!

Sounds to me your trying to access your speed dial bins feature 0 then your speed dial will get you to the speed dial bins 71-92 this is your personel spedd dials your phone only 0-70 are system wide speed dials . Feature * 4 is not a feature in norstar systems.

What? They are either programmed or not programmed. If the button is blank, I'm voting for NOT programmed.
If your system is old enough, it's probably lost the backup battery. Ugly things, like pulse dial and only 2 lines are what usually happens, along with losing all of the button mapping but your 2 lines and the default programs of LNR, CONF, etc.
If it's just one phone, there's no magic recall. You'll just have to reprogram it. Same with the system if you've lost everything, but I"d call a repair tech first to fix the battery on the software cartridge.

This is only on one phone out of nine. We were trying to update a speed dial phone number and it erased the actual speed dial function. It needs to be programmed. I have looked several places and everything I try does not work. I guess I need instructions on how to program the speed dial function to one of the memory buttons (bottom right of the eight buttons) .
