For all in one printer 3502 error code indicates that main paper tray is empty or the printer did not detect the paper., Make sure that the paper is properly inserted and paper tray is properly aligned. You can also try to clean the rollers of the printer on the fornt and at the back (Just remove first to rear access door of the printer for you to able to see the rollers at the back of the printer)

if you are using the 5000 series Printer press and hold copy and cancel to do the media sensor calibration

If this issue not solve call kodak toll free 1 800 421 6699 and send the printer for repair

What is error code 3502
Sir/Mam,

The fusing unit is causing the error. that part that gets hot. The code is stating its getting to hot. When was the last time a Preventive maintenance was done every 250,000 copies certain parts are to be replaced. You can try reset power off (Main Power Sw is inside) Sub power is on the op panel try leaving the sub on then power on with main close door once on keep the utility button down) the machine hold the utility /counter button down power on the machine wait to you see trouble reset. touch it see OK then power off wait ten seconds power on. IF the code comes back do not reset again the machine is telling you its broke this section of the machine can get hot enough to burn!!!!!! Get a technician out to fix it and conduct a PM remember every 250K and replace drum 500K

C 3502 - fusing high temperature abnormality.Check the fuser unit electrical components,wires,thermistors,thermofuses,heater lamps.To reset the error code turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the function key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the function key until Trouble reset message appaire on display.Release the function key ,touch the message and turn Off and ON the copier.

Errors on my Kodak ESP 3250
error 3501: STATUS_ERROR_UNIT_OPENED_WHEN_IDLE. You probably had it open when you inserted your cartridges.

Error 3502: STATUS_ERROR_MAIN_PAPER_TRAY_EMPTY. You must have inserted some shortly after you turned the printer on for the first time so don't worry.

Error 3609: STATUS_ERROR_UNIT_OPEN_WHILE_PRINTING. This is also another basic function on the printer.

I would recommend not looking at the errors on a printer test page as they show all errors that come up on the printer, even if they are not important.
