c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.

41-3 Error Code is an Optical return problem. The Scanner is not returning back to home position like it should.
A common problem with this model machine is a small black gear on the drive motor cracks or ovals out. If you can locate this gear, you can try placing a drop of super glue on it and see if it will hold. This works if the gear is ovaled out. If it is cracked or split then you will need to replace this gear.

F26 Toner density adjustment problem. This means machine is undertoned. To repair, replace developer and enter "47" mode. Press 51. Press print. Allow the machine to cycle until it stops. Some feel that you should disconnect the toner motor first. This ??? ?????? happens probably because either machine wasn't set up properly, or the customer kept on using the machine with the toner light on.
