My lens is jammed in, and cannot eject itself or focus. It keeps on stating SYSTEM ERROR SOO41. What IS SYSTEM ERROR SOO41 and how do I get rid of it? It's not listed on the CD Rom manual.

when I open the lens cover the zoomlens goes in and out ,
nothing opens up... no menu, no existing images from the sd card
then after a few seconds, it stops and the screen shows the above message. the lights all work , but I do not know what to do.
i cannot find the Konica Minolta Usa websight..........help!
