i replace the lamp for the panasonic pt50lc13 now it is just flashing green. what did I do wrong and how do i reset the lamp

Make sure you have the lamp door or cover installed correctly. If it is not installed correctly it will not fire because the door cover engages a safety switch. Also make sure the lamp is seated properly. If all is well then suspect a defective lamp driver or ballast PCB
