Switch on the machine wait till error appears on panel, go to the system open internet explorer type IP address enter you can view the entire printer over view.. check which print head showing faulty, ask to replace the head open top cover of the printer open print head cover remove print heads clean print head contact pcb as well as carriage contacts insert print heads back then check for the print head recognition, printer will perform its own priming and all wait till ready mode comes onece ready mode appears.. print heads are OK.. if not replace faulty print head/s.Most of the cases cleaning is enough.
