Fan not rotating, open top & feft cover, manually rotate it, is it free or jammed ?,if its jammed,remove the fan, lubricate it or replace it.. check fan connector.

You do not state which HP printer you have but the 57 errors all indicate a problem with one fan or another. 02-57 Fan lock
This code is output when fan locking (over 30 seconds) is detected.
After the error message is displayed, the power turns off.
Perhaps opening the unit with the power unplugged (of course!) and clearing/cleaning the fan would help. It may be that the fan is just clogged with dust/debris.

57 errors refer to fan failure, 57.7 is the "optional duplexer fan failure"-if that is your code rather than 57.07, you will need to replace the duplexer.
5 flashes is IK or current to cathode. check the IC's on the crt boards, check the focus block, check the vertcal deflection IC since the IK pulses come from the verticl cicuit.
