What could have happen was that you refilled it when it was emptied dry, usually this spoils the cartridge. I would recommend you buy a new one and when its about 80% empty that's the time to refill, not after.

Measuring for stair carpet
measure the length of the tread and riser, combined. Typically this will be 17 inches or so. Add at least an inch or two for good measure then, assuming all the stairs are the same, multiply by the number of stairs and, in most cases add for one additional riser. This is for straight stairs with no landings or turns. For pie-shaped stairs one needs to measure the longest points for the trad portions.
Flashing orange lights and it's saying F-05
"F-05" with flashing orange lights is used by many different appliances, so I need the brand and model to identify the fault correctly.
