Fan running fast
Not necessarily. Go into bios and set it to default settings. try it then. Update the bios to the latest/last known update (from manufacturers website) and try it again. Look at the hardware monitor and see what speed it runs at. Are you using a good thermal paste between cooler and cpu? Is the motherboard actually working ok apart from the fan? Have you made sure the intake vent blades are clear as they usually choke up with dust. that is usually why laptop fans runs fast. It is most probably the fan itself and the sensor in it has gone so it just does register to the board what speed it is actually running at.

I've forgotten the bios password
For that you need to RESET bios settings of motherboard.
open the back cover of laptop then you can see motherboard circuit .
there is 1 cmos cell on motherboard pull it for 10 minutes so all settings defaults.
then put it back then check.
Then it will not ask for password.

In case of your Toshiba laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

Wireless Card not working
Possibility one: defective wireless card. Possibility two: improperly installed card driver.
Possibility three: wrong card driver
Possibility four: device conflict with card
For possibility four, does the card stop working when you use another device on your machine? Try disconnecting all other connected devices outside of the laptop (printers, scanners, webcams, MP3 players, etc) and see if the issue goes away. Keep us posted.

Just restore your system from a backup taken before the error code started.
If you have no backup then you need to format your hard disk and do a complete reinstall of all your software.
