Instruction on how to replace a clip on handle bar on my 2001 748 ducati

There is an hydraulic clutch replacement for the cable on a squarecase engine. No mods needed, just bolt on from memory. Fits a clutch master cylinder from a beltdrive Supersport and a custom slave inside the housing where the normal lever goes.
I will need to find the contact info for the bloke who does them though as it has been a while since I got the info myself.

If it's a simple swap out, meaning you aren't changing switch housings and stuff, it's not difficult to do. What is probably going to give you a problem is wire and cable lengths. Naturally, if your bars are taller or wider, you'll need longer wires and cables. If the bars are shorter or narrower, shorter wires or cables. If the wires are too long, this usually doesn't pose a problem, simply wad the excess wire up and hide it somewhere. If the cables are too long, you'll need to figure out the lengths that you need and probably order them aftermarket. Good Luck.

I never heard that one, you should be able to see inside the tank and see if it is rusting or all gunked up. Pull the lines off and see if they run free and clean, change the filter, I would check the rubber lines to the fuel pump, they may be leaking air, vacuum assisted. Check the spark plugs. I had trouble with the champions, so I went and got Autolite 4163 plugs, they worked ten times better. 2002 S4 1999 750

The plugs are located at the top of each barrel between the camshafts
Front cylinder - remove lower fairing & inner panels
Rear cylinder - remove fuel tank
