it should be done automatically, but if you havnt had it done or you want it done NOW. then pull the power plug out of the sky box, then, while holding the backup button on the sky box, plug the power back in, wait 5 seconds or something, you should get an update screen, wait till that finishes, then wait another min and the box will turn on with new firmware. Hope this helps
You cannot directly upload music to Tubidy because it is a download and streaming service for users, not an upload platform for artists. To get your music on platforms like Tubidy and others, you must use a music distribution service to upload your music to major streaming services, which then get picked up by download sites.
Step 1: Use a music distributor
Choose a music distribution service such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or Amuse.
Sign up for an account and create a new release.
Step 2: Prepare your music files and artwork
Music file: Prepare your song in a WAV, FLAC, or high-quality MP3 format.
Artwork: Create square album artwork that is at least 3000x3000 pixels and in a JPEG, PNG, or GIF format.
Step 3: Fill in the release details
Track information: Enter the song title, artist name, and any featured artists.
Genre and language: Select the primary genre and language of the song.
Credits and rights: Specify the songwriter(s), indicate if there is explicit content, and provide any other necessary credits.
Release date: Set a release date, ideally at least three weeks from the current date, for your music to be submitted to stores.
This video explains how to upload your music to TuneCore.com:

Lots of mentions but no manual online. You would have to track down the Chinese maker and contact direct.

The unit should remember the sound volume that it was set at when it was turned off. This sounds like a loss of memory issue. If you set the radio to a channel or if you have presets set, does it remember them. In units like this, they have a small battery on the motherboard to retain memory. They are either a CR2032 or a hard soldered rechargeable battery.
Others report the same issue and there is one workaround on Fixya already.

This is as near as I could find using the gargler.
As this is a budget model, contact the manufacturer for a manual if the attached is not near enough.
