what ain't broke don't fix leave the bios alone better to update the win operating system if you are running win xp , it is no longer supported by Microsoft so install win 7 or later

Do windows 7 drivers exist for Tekram DC390F?
The information that I can find indicates that Tekram stopped making drivers for this card with windows 2000. It is likely, that it was natively supported in vista with generic drivers. Due to the age of this card, it is unlikely that you will find drivers that will work reliably in windows 7.

Download driver only from official HP site to be safe: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html 3rd party websites may offer drivers, but many come with spyware. Watch out.

How can i restore my Drivers
Are they gone? Check Device Manager and install or update from there. Windows Update might help. Going directly to vendor site. eg. Motherboard, sound, Network card maker an so on... You may be able to load from disc. This might require some navigation from you, again in Device Manager.
