Do you have a manual for home repairs/maintenance?
If you have a Shimano drivetrain, then go to techdocs.shimano.com/techdocs/index.jsp and you can see their EXCELLENT tuning and adjustment info, or you can go to parktool.com/repair and view all of the general bike repair guides they supply.
Hope this is helpful,
matt

I have a V-Max MPE Fitness Exercise bike at home,
Perhaps you have already looked, but most items that take an AC adapter have a label on them near where the adapter would be connected that specifies the input volt/amp combination that is required. Other than that, you might contact the manufacturer. I would also be unusual if there were not some sort of label somewhere on the bike that does not note the manufacturer and model. = I’m happy to help further over the phone at

Looking for year of this frame...serial#...wl3343768
- While there isn't a universal method for reading bicycle serial numbers, some patterns are common:
- The first set of numbers often indicates the year of manufacture.
- The last few digits represent assembly and an individual ID.
- However, the easiest way to decode a bike serial number is by using a bicycle decoder specific to your brand's bikes.
The brand has not been identified in this instance. Pursue the matter on the brand's site.
