replace water sensor that goes from board to header

1) Replace Thermocouple / Thermopile

• Turn off gas and power
• Remove burner tray
• Unscrew old thermocouple/thermopile
• Install new one and tighten snug (not over-tight)

2) Clean Pilot & Burners

• Remove burner tray
• Blow compressed air through:
  • Pilot orifice
  • Burner tubes
  • Manifold
• Remove rust/spider webs

3) Check Gas Pressure

• Verify gas supply valve fully open
• If pilot dies when burners try to light ? gas valve likely weak
• Gas valve test/replace (tech job)

4) Check Water Flow / Pressure Switch

• Clean filter
• Make sure pump is running
• Check pressure switch wiring
• Jumper test switch (brief test only)

5) Check Draft / Wind

• Install heater cover
• Make sure pilot shield is in place
• Block strong wind hitting pilot

6) Check Limit Switches

• Test continuity on high-limit switches
• Replace if open when cool

Most Common Fix Replace thermocouple/thermopile.

Thanks for the question! It could be several different issues. First, It's possible the topside jet button is malfunctioning and may need to be replaced. Is there any type of error message flashing on the topside display? Second, The pump may be bad, If it's a 2 speed pump it's possible to still circulate the water and maintain temp while the pump is malfunctioning. Depending on your level of "do it yourselfness" you may attempt to troubleshoot and repair it on your own. Checking for an error code on your topside is the best 1st step to take. I wish I could be of more assistance however, without being able to inspect it myself those are the best suggestions I can muster. Good luck & I hope I was able to provide at least some assistance. =)

This indicates a memory failure on the main processor. To resolve this, try the following steps: Switch off the power at the toggle switch and the main source. Wait a few seconds. Unplug the unit. The E90 code on the intex spa is due to a dirty water flow sensor. Remove the control panel and all the screw holding the casing on. In the white plastic piece on the discharge, top hose, you will see a silver nut with a black wire coming from it. That's the sensor. The black wire is plugged into a white wire, carefully unplug it and unscrew the sensor. Clean it good and blow out the hole it goes in. This will fix the code and you will be back in business!

Dont touch the grommet add onto the cord by finding the same wire that is compatable and cut the wire after the grommet and strip the wires and connect them to the same colors, wrap with black electrical tape real good.
