MY CANDY GARND VITA Q WILL NOT START. ALL LIGHTS COME ON BUT WHEN START BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENS
If your Candy Grand Vita Q powers on and all the lights come on but pressing the Start button does nothing, it may be a door or safety switch issue, a control-panel problem, or a temporary system fault. Try switching it off at the main power for a few minutes and then restart it. Also check that the door is fully closed and any required settings are selected before pressing Start. If the machine still does not respond, checking the Start button and safety interlock would be the next step. I usually keep troubleshooting guides like this saved on https://netmirrorapks.com.co/ so I can quickly check useful information when needed.

My Candy Hob is showing err02 after using it for 5 minutes then it will take some time to work again
The "err02" error code on a Candy Hob indicates an overheating issue with the appliance. When the hob detects a temperature that is too high, it shuts down to prevent damage and displays this error code. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Check the airflow: Ensure that there are no obstructions blocking the air vents around the hob. Inadequate airflow can cause the hob to overheat.
Clean the hob: Make sure the hob is clean and free of any spills or debris. Accumulated dirt can insulate the hob's surface, causing it to retain heat and overheat.
Check the pan size: Using a small pan on a large cooking zone can lead to overheating. Make sure to use the appropriate pan size for each cooking zone.
Reset the hob: Turn off the hob and unplug it from the power source for about 10 minutes. Afterward, plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, there could be an issue with the internal components, such as the temperature sensor or control board. In that case, it's recommended to contact a professional appliance repair service or reach out to Candy customer support for further assistance.
Candy Integrated Oven. Why can't I set the clock on my Candy integrated oven? This obviously won't let me use the oven.
The first thing to do is try a power reset to drain power from the control board. Turn the power off at the breaker and hold any clock button for a full 2 minutes.
Turn the power back on. Then try and set the clock. Oven clocks and timers are used so infrequently that owners forget the correct procedure like pressing and holding a button for 6 seconds until it beeps, then set hours, press another button and then minutes. After that, you have to make sure you are in Manual Mode and not Timed Cook Mode. That is usually the reason for an oven not working
I would find you the manual, but you don't supply the model number. All questions need 'make model (what it is)' first 3 words.

Candy oven display won't stop flashing, so the oven won't work
Check the Clock: If the clock on your Candy oven is flashing, set the clock back to the correct time and confirm. The display should no longer flash. Sometimes, this issue occurs due to incorrect clock settings.
Restart the Oven: Try restarting your oven. Turn the power off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve minor glitches.
Manual Mode: Ensure that your oven's electronic programmer is in the Manual position and not the Automatic position. Depending on the model of your Candy oven, the procedure to switch it back to Manual mode may vary.
Child Lock: If your oven displays "Stop," it might be in child-lock mode. To unlock it, press the center button. The "Stop" message should disappear. Use the left control to set the time, and then press the button to save.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to consult the user manual or contact a professional technician for further assistance.
