Microwave oven question How do I set the time on Sharp microwave Carousel R-395(S)? Can't find manual on website. Accidently solved the problem

carousel goes around, but no heat. Is this repairable or time for a new microwave. It is a sharp over the stove microwave. I have a GE Profile Spacemaker model JVM3670WF001, purchased I think in 2003.
