Have just purchased two terminals, When turned on the top left hand display panel shows E003 wrong operator message. Have looked at user manual but unclear about what to do next..... please help Look ...

wrong operator has come on screen.used key before but now it saying wrong operator RE-assign the clerks i put the key and come up E003 how to register the new clerks

E003 how to resolve problem ERROR wrong operator, Error clerk/Error clerk in check tracking input correct check number or assign the proper clerk. That clerk was not assigned that range of checks
