I got an error message on the initial installation.  There was an indication that platforms were not compatible...something about x64 or x86? and no download

Double check if the version you are installing is compatible with you computer. You will need to know if you are running a 64 bit or 32 bit system. If you have a 64 bit system then you will need the 64 bit software.
