If the link does not work Please go to www.HP.com Look for "Support and Troubleshooting" Click that link, and enter "Photosmart C5280 Printer". For Installations instructions click on "Setup and Install" Then click on "Obtaining and Installing the Software and Drivers in Microsoft Windows"
This should get you to the manufacturers support site where you can troubleshoot and find all the correct drivers for your specific printer.
