Calendar Not Syncing

I am having a problem getting my calendar to sync with my 650. I am using outlook 2003 and everything else works fine. When I go into my palm desktop and select "Hot Sync", then "Custom" it shows the calendar as "do nothing". I then make changes to set up sync, set outlook calendar as the default, and close out. Once I sync, it defaults the desktop back to "do nothing" and my calendar entries never reach the 650. Any ideas or help? Calendar is much needed.

Goto kb.palmone.com and look up Solution ID: 31167 'OLERR: (number)' errors in HotSync Log that should help you out.

The Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) feature of VersaMail enables you to connect to your Outlook/Exchange account for both email and Calendar. You cannot run the Calendar conduit and also use EAS. It is one or the other - this is to prevent duplicates. I think that is why your Calendar conduit is disabled from the handheld side. I believe you could re-enable to Calendar synchronization by removing the EAS account in VersaMail.

OK. Hope this helps you because it fixed my problem. Go into palm desktop. Go to hot sync, click on custom Go to Calendar (Outlook) and double click on that. At this point click on settings. Under conflict resolution choose "outlook wins". Then go out and check syncronize files and set as default. Click done and this should resolve the issue. Reply if this is confusing.
