HOW DO I FIX MY MAYTAG DRYER. IT DOES NOT START WHEN I PUSH

There are a few things that come to mind why your dryer may not start: -Check to make sure there is power going to the dryer -Check that the door switch is working -The motor may have overheated -There may be an electrical fault or loose wire -If the motor turns but the drum doesn't, check that the belt is still on the drum.
