Hello i have hp deskjet f370 all in one .when i give testpage or any other command it stuck and gives error msg in half print.i used hp printer diagnostic tool and it says print queue proble.plz tell me how can i get rid off this problem
Disconnect printer from computer cancel documents in queue if using a straight USB connection, delete all instances of printer. else remove duplicate printer icons. reboot & reconnect printer (swap cables if not detected)
This will fix your problem.
