Hi i'm having a problem with my adidas pro white low cut sneakers i just purchased the color inserts wont come out i've tried pulling them out they wont budge at all please help hoew do i get these out to change the colors i almost cut myself trying to pull them out. even tried using tweezers still no luck.

Dont pull themat the heel or you will be in a tug of war. take them out at the arch and it is a lot easier. Lift the heel out and then pull the toe out.

I am very pleased with these basketball shoes. They have great ankle support.My feet feel very secure and stable inside the shoes.This is the second pair of Adidas basketball shoes I've owned, and I love them. Highly recommended.

well,what i would do is i would stick a band or two on the back of my heel where its hurting me.try that and if that doesn't work try loosing your lases and removing the sole in your shoe then apply a band aid.
