If you do not have the software, you need to download the software from one of the following locations:
Official Canon Drivers and Software
Canon USA:DRIVER & DOWNLOADS
After downloading is finished, unplug the printer USB and run the
software that you downloaded.
The software installer will tell you when
to connect USB.
Some Canon printers are not Vista compatible and cannot work on Vista.

I lost the disk to install the printer to my computer.
my printer's driver is not recognized anymore. It keeps wanting to refresh and is blinking. Dont know what happened.
