Charging problem The razor was a Christmas present. When it is placed in the charger, it gives a steady beeping sound and doesn't charge. The cleaner base appears to have moved around so that the razor doesn't fit on it properly. Can you suggest a solution or a place to send the razor? I live in Alberta Canada
