Question

I have a WD that i've had for a little more than a year, tonight it won't turn on, it shows an icon in my computer and lights blink very dimly
except the bottom one which blinks brighter, i have a lot of information and photos i don't want to lose, please help as soon as possible.I also have another WD that i've had longer and have had no trouble with it.Please Help!  Thank You so Much
