It depends if the Autorun file has an executable that can run on iPAQ !! Then you should share the CD-ROM (if the exe file works on iPAQ Platforms) then run the CD-Rom from the share resource.
You're probably going to have to set up an ActiveSync connection between your PC and your 2415, then run the program installer on your PC while you're connected to the iPaq.
