Hi,
If you have the model number and the type of webcam (ie.Sony, BenQ, etc)
... Go to your favourite search engine and type this: Download [webcam
type] [model number] firmare
Exclude the [] and replace them with the appropriate information...
That should work... look through the results and you should get the firmware to update the drivers...
Then once you download the firmware (it should be a zip file or
something like that) right click My Computer and select Manage...
Now...Click device manager and find the webcam in the list on the right...
Right click the device you want and click Update Driver...
Click no not this time and click next...
Click install from a list and then check the "include this location in
the search" and uncheck the "search removable devices" box...
Now click browse and find the folder with the driver in (extracted if it was a zip file)...
Click ok and then Next...
It should then install the driver you downloaded.
